the location is close to darling harbor. the room was spacious enough for a family. extra usb plugs were a great addition for charging devices. the bathroom was also a good size and very clean.

i found the air conditioning worked very well and ensured the room remained comfortable, i also appreciated the available amenities . the bedroom had a good size, it was spacious enough. the views from my room were certainly a highlight.
i noticed that the building seemed quite old, perhaps needing some refurbishment to bring it up to date. there was a very slight unpleasant smell upon entering the room initially.

The room was spacious. i was glad it was quiet. restaurants and shops were easily accessible.
i found one cockroach on the bed. then i had a negative experience with the front team. my wife and 12 year old used the breakfast once, but at checkout the bill was for 2 adults. i informed the front desk that my child is 12 years old and that it should be the child price.

cold watercancelled card
the hot water was a real problem. my shower turned ice cold after only a few minutes. my daughter also had same problem. and pool area showers had no soap or shampoo, just gross. also, they messed up my card with someone elses breakfast charge, causing my bank to cancel it while i was trying to enjoy dinner. what a joke.
